Panelists include Steinbrenner Institiute for Environmental Education & Research (SEER) faculty Dr. Lester Lave, Co-Director Carnegie Mellon Electrical Industry Center; Dr. M. Granger Morgan, Director of the Climate Decision Making Center and Edward Rubin, Professor in Engineering and Public Policy and Mechanical Engineering.
