busse skinny ash1 knife
| Description Practicing some sparring with a Busse Combat Skinny ASH1 knife. Tried to block a stick attack with the knife without a D-guard mounted on it. I was scared from the beginning because of the shorter blade and I had some hesitations; that drived me directly to failure. Concerned about the short blade, I tried to block it with the choil area, near the handle to be sure the hit will not slide down lower than the tip of the blade and hit my body. I ended up blocking it directly with my fingers, in full (can hear the sound on the video). |
